Our cancellation policy is:

• A full refund is given if cancelled for any reason 48 hours prior to your ride.
• If cancelled within 48 hours before departure, you may rebook to another date without penalty.
• Cancellations outside this policy and no-shows are not refunded.
  

Most trains depart at 1 pm (schedule varies in spring and fall) and you should be at the depot no later than one hour prior to the departure to pick up your tickets. Your prepaid tickets will be at the ticket counter under your last name. Visit Map and Weather for directions.
